**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Strengthening arenaflex's revenue retention by providing timely and exceptional customer support to our small business advertisers
* Logging into an inbound phone queue for the majority of your day, consulting and educating our current advertisers on the value of arenaflex's advertising solutions
* Showcasing the value of arenaflex by highlighting ad performance metrics and demonstrating the return on investment for our clients
* Utilizing strong listening and conflict resolution skills to handle escalated client issues and concerns
* Becoming an expert in arenaflex's advertising solutions and adapting product recommendations to suit client needs, asking probing questions and handling objections to drive success
* Exhibiting strong communication skills, both externally with clients and internally with other arenaflex employees
* Remaining organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment, consistently achieving and exceeding monthly goals
**What It Takes To Succeed**
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
* Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
* A love for local businesses and an understanding of their importance in local economies
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to track and complete numerous details
* The ability to handle tough conversations with business owners in a professional, solutions-oriented manner
* The ability to strike a balance between consulting and supporting as needed
* A willingness to receive and implement feedback
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and always-changing environment
