We're excited to introduce an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our partner company, working on a groundbreaking project that combines satellite data and analytics to monitor methane emissions and air quality. **About the Role** As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful engagement between the Carbon Mapper project, the California Air Resources Control Board (CARB), and Planet's satellite data and analytics. This role demands strategic thinking, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
