Job Overview

As a Customer Success Associate at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our customers via telephone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for communicating with new and potential customers, guiding them through the shopping experience, answering order questions, and supporting the team to build a successful brand.
