**More about the role:**
As a Customer Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for helping our customers resolve their queries and concerns related to our tax return software. You'll be the face of our brand, providing top-notch support and guidance to our customers, and ensuring that they have a seamless experience with our products. Your role will involve:
* Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues related to TurboTax products and tax return software
* Providing clear and empathetic solutions to customer problems
* Building strong relationships with customers and driving innovation in customer service
* Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure that customers receive the best possible support
* Working independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
