**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Team Lead, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and Lead Associates, ensuring they have the tools, systems, and support needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing the daily activities of the program, including coaching and mentoring team members to achieve company and client goals
* Managing multiple, complex tasks and projects while monitoring absence and attendance of team members
* Motivating and mentoring your team with your open, honest manner and providing feedback and recognition for a job well done
* Utilizing performance management processes to supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of direct reports
* Analyzing performance data to develop employee action plans and drive continuous improvement
**What You Bring to the Role**

* Associate degree, technical school, or equivalent work experience
* A customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
* Comfortable with computer systems and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
* A resident of the state of New York, with a strong understanding of the local market and culture
