We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Support Representative to join our team, focusing on remote billing inquiries and patient care. As a frontline representative, you will be responsible for responding to a high volume of clinician and patient billing-related inquiries, working cross-functionally across multiple departments, including sales, operations, billing, and lab teams.
