We are seeking highly skilled and dependable Customer Service Specialists to provide top-notch support to our clients and their customers. As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and providing empathetic and personalized customer service. You will be an integral part of our team, working together to ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience.
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 1 year of recent Call Center experience, with medical call center experience being a plus. You must also have an active internet connection and the ability to work from home, with a dedicated workspace and minimal distractions. Additionally, you must be able to multi-task and use dual monitors, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
At blithequark, we offer a competitive hourly rate of $16/hr, with weekly pay and benefits. Our schedule is Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts between 7am-8pm CST. We provide equipment and training to ensure your success in this role. As a remote team member, you will have the flexibility to work from home, with the support and resources of a dedicated team.
