Our team is passionate about delivering outstanding results and making a positive impact on our customers' lives. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving travel-related issues, and making recommendations to enhance their travel experience. You'll be working with a variety of customers, from individuals to groups, and will be required to have a strong understanding of geography, travel products, and policies. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Review customer history as necessary to provide personalized service and resolve issues efficiently * Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in customer interactions * Help customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues * Process refunds and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner * Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues * Document information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate records and improve customer service **About You** To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualities: * Prior customer service experience is required, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices * Strong geographical knowledge and experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is preferred * Excellent customer service skills, including strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment * Strong typing skills and proficiency in using the internet and navigating seamlessly between multiple applications * Self-directed and able to organize, prioritize, anticipate situations, act, and see issues through to completion * Demonstrates empathy effectively and is able to work with customers who may be experiencing travel-related issues or concerns * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow policy and procedure guidelines **Requirements** To be a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to have the following equipment and software: * A computer and equipment meeting the following specifications: + Internet: High-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or satellite) + Operating System: Windows 10 + Processor: Intel Core i5, 1.5 GHz and above + Memory: 8GB of RAM + Hard Drive: 256GB + Browser: Internet Explorer 11 and latest version of Google Chrome + Monitor: Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1920 x 1080 pixels + Sound: Sound card (standard on most computers) + Virus Protection: Up-to-date anti-virus software + Headset: USB noise-canceling headset **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote-friendly company, we value flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance.
