Job Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our 24/7 call center facility. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving a high volume of inbound calls from clients, categorizing calls according to Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations, and performing other duties as assigned. This is a fully virtual opportunity, offering the flexibility of working from home, with virtual interviews, online self-paced training, and a permanent work-from-home arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Experience and Qualifications:

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
- Quiet and distraction-free workspace at home, with a reliable high-speed internet connection (at least 50 mbps download speed) and a smartphone with Android OS or iPhone for user authentication
- Personal headset (optional), with a willingness to invest in equipment to ensure optimal performance
