Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree from a fully accredited four-year institution or equivalent work experience
- Experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) service organization or 1 year of experience in equivalent job(s) preferred
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products (Office 365, Dynamics) preferred
- Distribution/supply chain/logistics experience a plus but not required
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the chemical, ingredient, or industrial finished products industry
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, and distribution principles and practices
