Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
• Utilize your knowledge of blithequark products and tax return software to address customer questions and issues
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure seamless support and resolve complex customer issues
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and updates
• Provide empathetic and personalized support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Work flexibly to meet the demands of the business, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically. While no specific accounting background is required, you should be eager to learn and help blithequark customers with their questions and concerns. Essential Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of the business
• Minimum 20 hours per week availability, with the option to work more hours as desired

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
• Knowledge of tax return software and blithequark products
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
