As a Customer Service Representative – Transaction Support at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive an iconic experience. You will handle a wide range of customer service interactions, making it easy for them to buy and finance the right product for their needs, and making their lives much easier. Whether you're talking to a customer on the phone, working with them online, or answering their questions via text message, your care and empathy will give them the personalized experience they deserve. This is a high-energy environment where you will work as a team to meet goals, and we'll give you everything you need to be the best you can be.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have at least 1 month of related experience. You should thrive in a high-energy and fast-paced environment, with the ability to speak and listen effectively with customers via phone or in writing. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills. You should be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Additionally, you must meet minimum technology requirements, including the type of internet service and speed of internet service, and live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location.
