You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing them with accurate and timely information. You will also be responsible for training and developing your team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to provide excellent customer service. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead a team of customer service representatives in providing exceptional support to customers * Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate and timely information * Train and develop team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge they need to provide excellent customer service * Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues * Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements * Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty * Monitor and report on customer service metrics, such as first call resolution and customer satisfaction **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred * 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or financial services setting * Proven leadership and team management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications * Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from Sunday - Saturday (October - March) and 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from Monday - Friday (April - September).
