**Essential Functions**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
* Providing product information, reviewing alternative solutions if an item is out of stock, and placing orders for customers

**Qualifications**
