Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at WorkWise, you will play a critical role in establishing our company in new markets, prospecting and closing clients, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will work closely with our team to drive sales growth, build client relationships, and ensure recruiting pipeline is aligned with sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition and Growth: Close clients in new markets as assigned, develop and execute stakeholder outreach via email campaigns, cold calls, and potential walk-ins, and cultivate prospects into customers through regular follow-up and contact.
- Client Onboarding and Relationship Management: Onboard existing clients' locations information, document all stakeholder interactions into CRM, and work closely with your team to provide exceptional customer service that will solidify these accounts as lifetime customers.
- Sales and Recruitment Alignment: Ensure recruiting pipeline is aligned with sales pipeline, and network actively to expand presence in the market.
- Customer Service and Support: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Meet and exceed sales targets, track and report on key performance metrics, and provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and processes.
Essential Qualifications
- Sales Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Time Management and Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain organized records.
Preferred Qualifications
- Managerial Experience: Previous managerial experience, either in sales or customer service.
- Analytical and Competitive: Analytical and competitive mindset, with a strong desire to succeed and grow.
- Independent and Remote Work: Comfortable working independently and remotely, with minimal supervision.
- Coachability and Adaptability: Willingness to learn, adapt, and evolve in a rapidly changing environment.
