Key Responsibilities - Manage large volumes of inbound calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all member inquiries are addressed and resolved efficiently. - Follow established communication scripts and guidelines when handling different topics, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all interactions. - Identify members' needs, clarify information, research, and provide solutions and/or alternatives, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our rewards program and its benefits. - Access company and client resources to accurately handle calls and provide members with the information they need to make informed decisions. - Seize opportunities to upsell products and services, promoting the value and benefits of our rewards program to members. - Skillfully transition between tasks without losing efficiency or composure, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. - Maintain punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, ensuring that members receive the support they need in a timely and reliable manner. - Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions, providing exceptional service and support to our members. - Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to cross-train as requested, supporting the ongoing development and growth of our team. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: - Previous 1 year of customer service or customer support experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations. - Previous 1 year of call center or office background experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment. - Technical savvy, with the ability to toggle between multiple browsers and systems using dual monitors, and a strong understanding of computer hardware and software applications. - Previous remote work from home experience preferred, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a home-based environment. - Quick learner, able to absorb and apply new information and skills in a rapidly changing environment. - Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. - Active listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to member needs and concerns. - Ability to type 35 words per minute accurately, with strong data entry and computer navigation skills. - Must be 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent required. - A background check will be required, in accordance with state and federal laws, to ensure the safety and security of our members and team members. Equipment and Work Environment To perform this role, you will need to have the following equipment and work environment: - Verified internet service, with a secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed connection to support business needs (not Wi-Fi). - An established dedicated work area, with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection. - Childcare arrangements for anyone 4 years of age and younger, to ensure a safe and distraction-free work environment. - Equipment will be shipped to you, and you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining your home-based workspace. Pay and Benefits At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including: - Starting pay of $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hour for nights and weekends). - Work hours between 7:00 am-7:00 pm (MST), with scheduled workdays from Monday to Friday. - Paid training, typically 1 week from 7:00 am-4:00 pm (MST), to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. - Full-time benefit eligibility (40 hours) after 60 days, with access to a range of benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan.
