We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Greet customers, run the register, and provide exceptional customer service
* Make purchase suggestions and work with our food program to drive sales and customer engagement
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
* Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless customer service
* Interact with customers daily, building strong relationships and driving customer loyalty
* Work collaboratively with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
* Come up with creative solutions to problems and think on your feet to provide exceptional customer service
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1-2 years of retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and technologies
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
* Sales associate or cashiering experience
* Experience working in a retail environment with a focus on customer service
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
* Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
**Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
