Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:
- Reside in the State of Oklahoma full-time, with a dedicated workspace that meets our technical requirements, including high-speed internet access (25 mbps or higher) and a direct connection to the router.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and experience working with computers in a highly transactional environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with frustrated customers, and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong educational foundation in a related field preferred.
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of virtual training between the hours of 8-5 CST, followed by a permanent schedule that may include evenings and weekends, starting as early as 7 am CST and ending as late as 7 pm CST.

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a health care or related industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
