With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we strive to create a seamless and personalized experience for our customers. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders. You will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our products and services. This is a remote part-time opportunity, requiring 8 hours of work per week, with flexibility to work from home. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information on our products and services * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner * Process new patient enrollment, handling patient medication requests, and entering top-off orders for handling * Investigate missing medication data, decipher clinical shortenings (SIG codes), and settle all information section-related special cases * Handle correspondence to patients, including inbound calls, chats, and messages, and make outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as needed * Settle outsider oddballs by assessing, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities * Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and at other locations, identifying and conveying issues to senior-level staff as necessary * Acquire a dynamic specialist permit or affirmation within the initial 90 days and maintain a current professional permit or affirmation **Essential Capabilities** * Fundamental level computer skills, including: + Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing reports or accessing data online * Essential web search skills, including: + Opening a program + Composing in URLs in the right area + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a webpage + Exploring using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online * Moderate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports) * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally **Preferred Capabilities** * At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment * No less than one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy expert with a certification/enrollment by state as conceded by the state Board of Pharmacy or broadly recognized certification office * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including satisfying quality guidelines for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction * Moderate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports) * Familiarity with Spanish and English **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $24/hour * Flexible remote work arrangement * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
