This is a remote opportunity with a competitive salary range of $30,900 to $46,200, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our Athletes to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support throughout their purchase journey.
The Customer Service Representative role is an essential part of our team, responsible for delivering first-call resolution with white-glove service to our Athletes. You will assist with product inquiries, gift card and ScoreCard issues, placing orders, existing order status, and returns and/or replacements. Your goal will be to provide high-level support, demonstrate empathy, and keep our Athletes updated throughout the process.
