- Provide feedback on call issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
- Upsell if required, identifying opportunities to promote our products or services and enhance the customer experience
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry or environment
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute, with excellent keyboard skills and accuracy
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support
- College degree preferred but not required, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development
