**Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of calls with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that exceed customer expectations. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling high-volume calls with courtesy and professionalism
* Resolving customer issues, answering questions, and providing solutions
* Logging all calls in our call log database and reviewing call log activity on a daily basis
* Offering alternative solutions to retain customer satisfaction
* Handling business transactions, including activation of new customer accounts on a computer terminal
* Communicating with customers using web-based tools and demonstrating proficiency in typing and grammar
* Making financial decisions to protect/collect revenues and adjusting customer accounts
* Managing multiple duties at a time
* Delivering exceptional client service via telephone
* Conducting detailed research and addressing customer inquiries
* Providing quality service by comprehending procedures and continued product knowledge
* Entering data and customer service work on a daily routine basis
* Preparing activity reports to track performance across our customer base
* Tracking issues and ensuring timely delivery of solutions from support teams
* Completing other duties as assigned
**Qualifications:**

* 1-2 years of experience in call center/customer service/accounting, with a focus on problem-solving and ability to react quickly and professionally
* High School Diploma or Equivalency

* Positive attitude and productive, professional, and courteous manner
* Superior telephone etiquette
* Ability to accomplish tasks in the most timely and efficient manner
* Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrate intermediate or advanced computer skills, including use of Word, Excel, and web browsers (e.g. Google Chrome, Internet Explorer)
