About the Role
We are looking for a confident, upbeat, and personable Customer Service professional to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, chat, and email. Our comprehensive two-week, paid training program will ensure that you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers in a prompt and professional manner, identifying the type of assistance needed and escalating issues when necessary
- Deliver all information in a positive, conversational, and compassionate manner to facilitate relationship development with clients
- Manage customer expectations and actively engage customers in online chat contexts
- Assist customer tickets from the queue with general inquiries, product support, service recommendations, and basic sign-up issues in a diverse technology environment (via phone, email, and chat)
- Provide mail support to the Mail Center Manager by performing duties such as mail sorting, digital uploading, and dispensing
- Perform additional duties as assigned and deemed appropriate per level, including handling escalations, team supervision, analytics, and reporting
Requirements and Qualifications

- A strong work ethic and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support to customers
