**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers, running the register, and cashiering with a smile
* Making purchase suggestions and promoting our products and services
* Working with our food program and maintaining high standards for store appearance
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
* Interacting with customers daily, working with a fun and energetic team, and accomplishing daily tasks around the store
* Selling products to customers, providing excellent customer care, and communicating effectively
* Performing at a quick pace while having fun and working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals
* Coming up with great ideas to solve problems, thinking quickly, and offering suggestions
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills
* Motivation to advance in your career and a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be a plus:
* Experience working in a similar retail environment, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
* Knowledge of our products and services, with a passion for promoting them to customers
* A proven track record of problem-solving, with the ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions
* Experience working with technology, including point-of-sale systems and customer relationship management software
**Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
