**Job Summary:**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving billing issues, and providing timely and accurate responses to customer complaints and concerns. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our patients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to arenaflex.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, responding to their inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Resolve billing issues, including setting up payment plans and responding to customer complaints and concerns.
* Document and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our system.
* Identify and escalate complex issues to the Supervisor Customer Service for resolution.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, as well as arenaflex's Integrity and Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor Customer Service.
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or Associate's degree in Accounting or Business Administration or related field.
* At least one (1) year of experience in a customer service or revenue cycle function, preferably in a hospital or clinic environment.
* Previous service/call center experience with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and expectations in a highly efficient and effective manner.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret customer requirements and recommend appropriate actions to satisfy customer needs.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Accuracy, attention to detail, and time management skills.
* Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Completion of regulatory/mandatory certifications and skills validation competencies preferred.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in a complex, multi-site environment.
* Previous experience in a customer service or revenue cycle function, preferably in a hospital or clinic environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant systems.
**Work Environment:**
* This position operates in a remote work environment, with the ability to work from home.
* The incumbent will be required to have a dedicated workspace with a computer, internet connection, and other necessary equipment.
* The work environment is well-lit, temperature-controlled, and free from hazards.
* The incumbent will be required to communicate frequently, in person and over the phone, with people in all locations on product support issues.
