Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Client Inquiries: Respond promptly to enrollment service calls, providing accurate information, mailing requested materials, and escalating issues as needed.
- Educate Clients on Managed Care Principles: Educate clients on managed care principles and help them navigate health plan options.
- Assess Client Needs: Assess clients' healthcare needs and facilitate their selection of appropriate health plans.
- Enrollment and Disenrollment Processes: Assist clients with the enrollment and disenrollment processes for health plans.
- Review and Process Forms: Receive, sort, and review enrollment/disenrollment forms for accuracy and completeness, and process them efficiently.
- Collaboration and Escalation: Collaborate with the Central Operations Supervisor to address client concerns and escalate issues as required.
- Managed Care Education: Provide managed care education and enrollment services during peak call volumes.
- Mailroom Support: Support mailroom functions when necessary.
- Saturday Availability: Availability to work on Saturdays as part of the regular schedule.
- Performance Standards: Adhere to performance criteria and standards set by Call Center management.
Essential Qualifications
General Requirements
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficient computer skills including typing (minimum 35 WPM) and familiarity with dual-screen systems.
- Reliable Attendance: Reliable attendance with punctuality during scheduled shifts.

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent required.
