Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of inquiries via multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and self-service platforms. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to provide top-notch support, resolving customer queries efficiently and effectively. You will be expected to handle 60-80 contacts per day, utilizing multiple applications, knowledge bases, tools, and calculators to research and resolve customer issues. The ability to consistently provide an exceptional level of customer service, briefly explain complex issues in simple terms, and demonstrate appropriate de-escalation techniques is critical to your success in this role.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is $15.00 - 20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
