About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, resourceful, and solution-focused
- Appropriately communicate with customers, providing clear and concise information, and ensuring that their needs are met
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, using effective conflict resolution techniques
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that complex issues are addressed by the relevant teams
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Provide feedback on call issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
- Upsell if required, identifying opportunities to promote our products and services to customers
Qualifications and Competencies
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and competencies:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
- College degree preferred but not required, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development
