Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner, following established call center scripts and protocols.
- Research participant accounts and address basic questions or issues, providing accurate and efficient responses.
- Maintain accurate records of all conversations, ensuring that client information is up-to-date and compliant with contractual requirements.
- Perform tasks associated with call handling, including basic plan and participant file research and updates.
- Meet contractual qualitative and quantitative targets, ensuring that customer service standards are consistently met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve strategic objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need:
- A minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of experience working in an office setting, taking inbound calls and providing customer service support.
- Demonstrated typing/keyboard skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently document customer interactions.
