As a valued member of our Eastern Range Support team, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment that fosters growth, learning, and innovation. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative on our Eastern Range Support team, you'll be responsible for: * Providing technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and chat * Troubleshooting complex issues with equipment, integrated systems, and software * Analyzing and evaluating products and related performance to identify areas for improvement * Installing, upgrading, and removing products, ensuring coordinated engineering field changes * Completing system programming and optimization as part of the installation process * Performing routine system maintenance and analysis functions, including hardware configurations and adding, removing, and replacing equipment components * Providing on-site end-user training on system operation, maintenance, and limited troubleshooting * Maintaining effective customer communications and relations * Working on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizing the need for occasional deviation from accepted practices * Assisting and training less experienced personnel **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent, plus advanced training * 3-4 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role * Ability to work afterhours and weekends on a rotating basis * Active DoD Secret Clearance **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with Air Force BMC Remedy trouble ticket system, Cyberspace Infrastructure Planning System (CIPS), and Integrated Data Maintenance System (IMDS) * Course completion certification for Microsoft Windows 10 **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other technical tools * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences * Ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve common goals **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
