**What You'll Do**
As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. Your primary goal will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers by providing exceptional support experiences. You will use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to resolve their concerns.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Use arenaflex's customer service software to navigate, research, and review solutions
* Communicate effectively with customers through phone, chat, and/or email
* Provide accurate and helpful information to customers about arenaflex's products and services
* Escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments as needed
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or licenses
