Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative Agent, your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in focus group discussions by completing written and oral instructions
- Providing feedback on products and services using written surveys or during live discussions
- Using provided products and/or services (if applicable) and sharing your experience during meetings
- Showing up at least 10 minutes before the scheduled discussion start time
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Must have access to a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is required
- Must be willing to engage fully in one or several focus group topics
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow both oral and written instructions
