Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Manager to join our team in Pembroke Park, FL. As a key member of our coffee services division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with our high standards. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to ensure client satisfaction and retention, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Assist branches with grand openings, providing guidance and support to ensure a seamless and successful launch
- Review corporate compliance reporting to ensure adherence to local and national account standards, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Develop and implement action plans to improve sales, control costs, and reduce waste, working closely with local management to drive business results
- Create account-level incremental sales plans, tracking performance and identifying opportunities to increase profitability and growth
- Coordinate efforts to enhance the customer experience at the point of sale, introducing new products and promotions to drive sales and revenue
- Build retail pricing opportunities, encourage repeat sales, and drive compliance with merchandising standards to maintain a competitive edge
- Assess performance by location through audit reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve operations and customer satisfaction
- Perform the job functions of a Route Driver as needed, including driving a company vehicle, delivering products, and maintaining equipment to ensure seamless service delivery
Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a preference for a degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or hospitality
- At least 3 years of driving experience, with a valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license and a good driving record
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience in the coffee and refreshment industry
- Route management, retail, and merchandising experience, with the ability to operate or learn material handling equipment such as box trucks and handcarts
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues
- A passion for providing world-class service, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth
- The ability to travel to client sites, with a willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet business demands
- The ability to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
