In this role, you'll be responsible for handling moderate to complex inquiries, addressing various types of policies and billing inquiries from internal or external customers, and resolving service concerns while documenting customer requests and completing changes to policies. If you're a customer-centric professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle moderate to complex inquiries from customers, addressing various types of policies and billing inquiries in an efficient, professional, and accurate manner. * Resolve service concerns while documenting customer requests and completing changes to policies. * Utilize probing questions and actively listen to customer issues or questions, showing interest and compassion and displaying empathy for the caller's situation. * Ensure facilitation of first call resolution and customer satisfaction on all transactions handled. * Resolve routine, complex, and unique questions/issues. * Remain current on new marketing campaigns to respond appropriately to marketing-related inquiries using all available resource tools. * Be able to handle any requests regarding customer documentation, including all documents sent out by our company, and clearly explain them, including any follow-ups required on our customer's part and updates as warranted. * Working knowledge of insurance policies and related processes and procedures. * Demonstrates accuracy in processing changes to customer policies based on the information provided and identifies opportunities for cross-sales (if applicable). **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED (Preferred) * 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field (Preferred) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other relevant tools * Ability to work in a remote environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or a related field) * 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field * Experience working in the insurance industry * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other relevant tools * Ability to work in a remote environment * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
