**Job Overview**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers and providing them with a positive experience. You will be responsible for receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery. You will also be expected to assist customers with questions and concerns, work through problem-solving scenarios, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare packages for delivery
* Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing a positive and friendly experience
* Work through problem-solving scenarios to resolve customer issues
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex safety guidelines
* Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site
* Use technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
* Receive truck deliveries and ensure packages are properly stored and secured
**Physical Demands**
* Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
* Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
**Schedule and Availability**
* Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
* Work up to 20 hours per week, with flexible schedules to accommodate your needs
