Our blithequark Locker+ locations are designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and convenient shopping experience for our customers. As a Customer Service and Returns Associate, you can expect to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail. You will be working behind a counter, assisting customers, and sorting packages, with opportunities to work in a variety of locations, including Whole Foods Market, freestanding locations, partner retailers, or even in the lobby of a warehouse.
To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years old, able to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 49 pounds, and stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours.
