Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we're now seeking a talented Customer Service and Logistics Specialist to join our team. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service and Logistics Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience and strengthening customer relationships through professional, timely, and accurate order processing. You'll partner with Sales, Product Management, Accounting, and Operations to ensure all customers' expectations are met and exceeded. If you're a customer-focused professional with a passion for logistics and a drive to excel, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** • Process customer orders ensuring accurate and timely order entry, assign appropriate ship date, and shipping location. • Resolve credit hold issues with customers, accounting department, and sales. Scan order documents into the optical storage system. • Apply barcodes to documents and scan order documents into the optical storage system. • Coordinate with customers and the shipping department to optimize freight costs and resolve delivery issues. • Process Service-Related Complaints (SRC), and ensure complete resolution. • Manage customer returns in accordance with standard procedures. • Adhere to all policies, procedures, and instructions as defined in our Quality Management System (QMS), Employee Handbook, Health and Safety manual, or any other instruction issued by the company. • Perform other duties as assigned. **What's in it for you** • In this role, you will earn a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications. • FREE MEDICAL INSURANCE for our employees or the option of a highly competitive medical plan with minimal monthly employee contributions and zero deductibles • 17 Days of paid, sick and vacation time annually (days are prorated in year one). • 401K retirement with up to 6% matching program. • Excellent dental, vision programs, flex spending accounts, employer-paid life insurance, and free tele-med physician services. • Various other company employee-centric perks initiatives; tuition reimbursement programs, discounted home/auto insurance programs, supplemental life insurance, and more. **Essential Qualifications** • High school diploma or the equivalent plus a minimum of two years plus related experience and/or training. • Ability to work with a personal computer in a Windows environment. • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. **Preferred Qualifications** • Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. • Familiarity with optical storage systems and barcode scanning. **Skills and Competencies** • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building strong relationships. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex issues. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. • Familiarity with optical storage systems and barcode scanning. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
