• Offer compensation and alternatives as needed, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the resolution of their issues.
• Act as a liaison between blithequark.com customers, merchants, purchasing, and operations staff, facilitating communication and resolving issues efficiently.
• Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on different screens while on the phone or responding to chats, demonstrating your ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Employ critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve order/item/delivery issues, providing creative solutions that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

• Education/Training: High School Diploma or GED preferred, with a Bachelor's Degree being an asset.
• Certifications/Affirmations: E-commerce Member Service Specialist Certificate after completion of a 14-day training program.
• Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred, with a focus on e-commerce support being an asset.
• Knowledge/Skills: Customer service, computer literacy, professional business writing, typing (minimum typing speed of 30 wpm), and excellent communication skills are required.
• Availability: You must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing priorities and needs.
