About the Role

The Analyst II-Customer Service role at blithequark is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and analytical individual to make a significant impact on our field service operations. As a quota analyst, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technicians' schedules and capacity for field service demand work, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service experience. This role will work closely with Dispatch Planners/Managers and Field Leadership to optimize dispatch intervals, meet daily appointments, and drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing a significant portion of our operations, covering one to four states, 40 to 80 buckets, and approximately 350 technicians.
