Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
- Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity, with stable internet and the ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds
- Ability to commute to our facility from your home, with a reliable means of transportation
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of inventory management and technical support principles, with the ability to provide solutions and recommendations to customers
