About the Role
As a Customer Relationship Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our brand, representing the company through communications with customers over the phone and via email. Your primary goal will be to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive, helpful, and resolves any issues promptly. You will be responsible for helping customers pick out plants for their gardens, ordering replacement plants, responding to customer reviews, and answering general customer questions on our product pages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain good customer relations by acting as their resource, champion, problem solver, and in-house advocate
- Answer phone calls, online questions, chats, and close cases, tracking and documenting customer interactions through Salesforce
- Order replacement plants for customers and actively participate in all meetings, sharing successes and challenges
- Exceed service level expectations with all internal and external customers, ensuring that every interaction is positive and helpful
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm, create, and implement new ideas and solutions to improve customer satisfaction and experience
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role or similar position
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Basic knowledge of computers and applications, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technology
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and challenges in a professional and courteous manner
- A positive and cooperative attitude, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and establish priorities to accomplish objectives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant college coursework or degree in a related field
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
- Knowledge of gardening or eCommerce, with a passion for learning and growing with the company
