Key Responsibilities

- Completing project handover and readiness assessments with Solutions Design teams to ensure all aspects are covered.
- Designing the work breakdown structure and defining resources required for projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion.
- Ensuring all client requirements are understood and documented for action by onward teams, guaranteeing that customer needs are met.
- Developing and managing detailed project plans, ensuring alignment and sign-off by stakeholders, and driving project success.
- Creating a positive environment to drive partnership and project success, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- Managing project performance and communicating status, milestones, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Ensuring E2E testing is completed and documented successfully, guaranteeing the quality of our services.
- Determining project call structure and managing stakeholder calls, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
- Contributing to team calls, sharing experiences and ideas for process improvements, and continuously enhancing our onboarding processes.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience in the travel industry or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer onboarding and migration processes.
- Strong relationship building and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Understanding of blithequark's services and corporate travel, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive project success.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced matrix environment across multiple geographies and time zones, with strong organizational skills and adaptability.
