Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sr. Director to oversee the end-to-end management of Essential Client Research, including planning, building, distributing, and reporting on surveys to gather client feedback.
- Design and develop surveys that effectively capture client feedback and insights, working with stakeholders to ensure maximum reach and response rate.
- Analyze client feedback data and create reports that provide actionable insights to the business, using storytelling skills to communicate the client story to internal stakeholders.
- Present findings and recommendations to all levels within the organization, from front-line staff to senior leaders, using clear and engaging visuals and language.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure open exchange and continuous relationship improvement, working towards shared goals and objectives.
- Continuously review and enhance the survey process to ensure it remains relevant and provides valuable insights to the business.
- Collaborate with providers to secure top-tier research methods and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in market research or consumer insights.
- Proficiency in understanding various quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Ability to manage project schedules and deadlines that run concurrently.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Comfortable communicating with clients and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end survey development (i.e., survey design and programming).
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to learn new study programming and tools quickly.
- Experience with or ability to learn statistical/research programming (e.g., SPSS, Medallia/Qualtrics).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
