Our journey began with a lead generation business connecting landlords with property management companies, but we soon realized the need for an industry-specific CRM. We've since become the de-facto industry standard, and our process/workflow suite has expanded to support day-to-day operations. Our team is made up of A-players who are passionate about making a difference in the property management industry. **The Role** As a Customer Implementation Pilot, you'll be responsible for managing multiple client implementation projects concurrently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving product adoption. Your primary goal will be to help our clients achieve success with our CRM, and you'll be expected to: * Understand and identify the user activation point for our clients * Demonstrate consultative skills by educating clients on property management best practices and use cases * Manage multiple one-to-one consulting projects concurrently, with a focus on keeping 90% of projects on track * Track customer requests and use Canny effectively to ensure the Product team has all the necessary details * Proactively take initiative to propose extensions after successful process implementation **A Day in the Life** As a Customer Implementation Pilot, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including: * Coaching Implementation Guides in their current roles to improve performance and prepare them for future roles * Managing client implementation projects from start to finish * Driving product adoption with as many clients as possible * Taking initiative to improve the implementation process and procedures * Creating an onboarding experience that consistently results in client success stories * Collecting client feedback and acting on it * Employing a highly consultative style to discover additional unmet needs that generate new work with current clients * Providing consolidated client feedback to the Product and Sales teams * Leading video and phone calls with clients to sell and educate **Perks** As a member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Monthly Friday Free Day * Company Holidays * Paid Time Off (in addition to the above) * Monthly Healthcare Allowance * Yearly Vacation Allowance * A fun and outcome-driven work environment with a smart, hardworking team * Location independence * A mission-driven company and values-based culture **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to: * Embrace learning new technology * Learn fast * Communicate crisply * Proactively seek solutions * Own the outcome * Embody emotional maturity * Bring an optimistic "can-do" attitude * Supply your own internet and smartphone * Have 3+ years of experience in a customer service or implementation role * Have B2B SaaS experience (preferred) **What We're Looking For** We're looking for a talented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
