As a key member of our Reservations team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and social media. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a critical role in achieving this goal by: * Answering customer calls in a timely, courteous, and accurate manner * Assessing customer needs and offering solutions and additional products * Selling travel-related services, including car rental and credit card vendor partner products * Understanding and adhering to all arenaflex and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance requirements * Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues * Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex products and services **Connecting Our Customers to the World** In this fast-paced environment, you'll have the opportunity to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds and build relationships that make a lasting impact.
