About the Role: Customer Experience Concierge and Chat Professional

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge and Chat Professional to deliver exceptional support to our clients. As the face of blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our card members, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your expertise and passion for customer service will help us build strong relationships with our clients and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and provide access to our card members upon arrival at the gathering
• Take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish, ensuring seamless and personalized support
• Develop creative solutions to resolve clients' issues or concerns, fostering brand loyalty and loyalty
• Utilize the Client's First philosophy in addressing clients' needs and expectations
• Offer concierge and lifestyle suggestions, travel advice, and minimal reservation assistance
• Collaborate with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our card members

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 1-year recent experience serving premium clients
• Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience
• A passion for serving clients with proactive solutions
• Excellent communication skills, charming clients with every interaction
• The ability to listen to clients' needs, propose tailored suggestions, and deliver high satisfaction with the support provided
