We're now seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Experience Associate to join our Member Experience Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in conducting high-volume outreach to new and existing members, leading to increased enrollment and program completion rates. This is a full-time remote role, and you'll report directly to our Manager of Member Experience. **About the Role:** As a Customer Experience Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Conducting daily outreach via phone, text, and email to engage with new and existing members * Successfully completing over 100 outbound calls per day * Enrolling 25% or more of all connected leads * Achieving a 25% or higher program completion rate within one week of engagement outreach * Maintaining a customer satisfaction score of 92% or higher **Key Skills and Qualifications:** * 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, call center customer service, or health coaching * Effective communication skills, with the ability to empathize and actively listen to our members * Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, such as Insightly CRM and Zendesk * Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle high volumes of work * Critical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly absorb new information and apply previous experiences to new contexts **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working directly with older adults in a senior living community, fitness instructor, patient advocate/coordinator, or a member-facing role within a digital health startup * We welcome applicants from historically underrepresented communities, even if they don't meet all the above criteria. This role is expected to earn between $20.00-$22.00/hour, plus an annual bonus.
