Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound phone calls to address customer inquiries and schedule jobs in a timely and professional manner.
- Initiate outbound calls for service call scheduling, ensuring effective communication with customers.
- Handle a range of customer requests and inquiries with precision and empathy, resolving issues promptly.
- Dispatch technicians based on their qualifications, geographical location, and customer preferences, utilizing Service Titan software.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other relevant information.
- Coordinate with technicians to confirm their availability, expected completion times, and other job specifics.
- Ensure the accuracy of customer details on all scheduled calls, including names, phone numbers, and addresses.
- Perform various administrative duties as requested by your supervisor and other managers, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt.
- Engage in high-level interactions with service technicians and customers across residential and commercial sectors.

Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a customer service environment, with a proven track record of handling diverse customer interactions.
- Familiarity with the Chicagoland area, although not mandatory, is highly desirable.
