**The Role**
As a Customer Data Analyst, you'll work closely with customers to help them understand the unique digital engagement data generated by our platform. You'll use in-depth analysis and governance of business intelligence to depict the value of the arenaflex platform, enabling and driving improvements to the customer experience and engagement that lead to improved patient health outcomes. You'll surface key performance indicators with visual analytics platforms like Looker and Amplitude and collaborate with other data analysts, engineers, and scientists on the team to support the data models underlying the visual analysis dashboards/tools.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support League's customers in using our data to unlock insights on their end users, using your expertise with data models and BI, managing data dictionaries, and deep dive and Q&A sessions.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide insights through analysis to help inform decisions in all parts of the business, including Product Management, Marketing, and Healthcare.
* Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all things related to Reporting, guiding users to the right set of KPIs and providing clarity on their meaning.
* Develop analytics strategies and frameworks to monitor and analyze product performance and business KPIs related to application usage, and user engagement & conversion.
* Work with data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists on data requirements, reporting, and forecasting of metrics and building out visualizations and data value stories.
* Regularly conduct data quality audits and analysis to ensure the accuracy of data & reports sent to customers, particularly of the client events (ie clickstream data) generated by user button clicks and screen loads within the app.

**What You Bring**
* Strong SQL skills, comfortable working with Python.
* Experience working with data pipeline orchestration such as Airflow or Dataflow.
* Experience working with data engineering stack on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
* At least two years of experience working as a data engineer, analytics engineer, data analyst, or data scientist.
* Undergraduate or Master's degree in business administration, statistics, computer science, or similarly quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
**Nice To Have Experience**
* Data analysis and data manipulation in Python (Pandas, PySpark, etc).
* Healthcare industry experience.
* Worked with a SaaS company on customer-facing data products.
* Backend Software Engineering experience and understanding.

**Compensation Range for Canada Applicants Only**
* $83,100 - $100,000 CAD (exclusive of bonus, equity, and benefits).
