**Responsibilities**
As a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Servicing a book of existing accounts, including personal lines (home, auto, umbrella, etc.) and commercial (construction, trucking, etc.) policies, proposals, renewals, endorsements, issuing ID cards, certificates of insurance, claims management, quoting, and setting up client portals.
* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborating with our Account Managers to develop and implement customized insurance solutions for our clients.
* Supporting the Account Managers in their daily activities, including data entry, policy management, and client communication.
* Staying up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory changes, and new products to provide expert advice to our clients.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
* Experience working with commercial lines or personal lines insurance products.
* Proficiency in EPIC Agency Management System (or similar systems).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex insurance products and policies.
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in a related field (such as business, finance, or insurance) preferred.
**Compensation and Benefits**
As a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $90,000 per year, plus:
